No, and such a shame there isn't though it would probably cost a lot more than driving if there was one. As far as I know, the only ferry that goes along that way at all is the Manitoulin Island car ferry in summer but trust me, it won't save you any travel time unless you were going to Collingwood. You can take a car ferry that crosses about the middle of Lake Michigan. Kind of time consuming as well since you have to be there well ahead of sailing time, get out of your car, let the crew load it, and then wait on the other side for them to unload it. There are passenger-only ferries on the US side of Lake Superior.
